Up to 100% allocated to fixed income assets (deposits, certificates of deposit, government-guaranteed bonds, local government bonds, corporate bonds with good credit quality).
Government bonds: focusing on maturities based on assessments of interest rate trends and liquidity of various maturities.
Corporate bonds: buy and hold a diversified portfolio of bonds issued by financially sound organizations with stable cash flow and high repayment ability.

Ms. Duong Kim Anh, M.Econ
Chef Investment Officer
Ms. Kim Anh was appointed as VCBF’s Chief Investment Officer in March 2024. Ms. Kim Anh joined VCBF in June 2006 as an Investment Analyst and progressed to oversee all aspects of the investment process for the three institutional private equity funds. She started managing fixed income portfolios and co-managing mutual funds in 2016 and became Deputy Chief Investment Officer in 2018.
Before joining VCBF, Ms. Kim Anh was a senior investment consultant with Invest Consult Group, a local investment consulting group, for six years.
Ms. Kim Anh holds a Master of Economics degree in Banking & Finance from a post-graduate program, jointly offered by ESCP-EAP and University of Paris Dauphine, a Bachelor of Applied Science, Property Economics degree from Queensland University of Technology, Australia.
Mr. Nguyen Duy Anh, CFA, M.IFA
Portfolio Management Director
Mr. Duy Anh joined VCBF in March 2016 as an Equity Research Analyst, covering Logistics, Agriculture, Banking and Insurance. He was promoted to Associate Research Manager in August 2018 and has been assisting the Chief Investment Officer to manage discretionary equity investment portfolios for institutional clients since then. He became Portfolio Manager in July 2020.
Before joining VCBF, Mr. Duy Anh had more than three years’ experience as Senior Analyst with VN Direct Securities Company, covering companies in the industries of Agriculture, Securities brokerage, Real estate and Oil & gas.
Mr. Duy Anh holds a Masters degree in International Financial Analysis of the Faculty of Banking, Finance and Audit of the University Lille 2, France, and a Bachelors degree in Economic Administration degree from the University of Lyon 2, France. Mr. Duy Anh is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder.
