  • VCBF-BCF: VCBF Blue Chip Fund
  • VCBF-AIF: VCBF Active Investment Fund
  • VCBF-TBF: VCBF Tactical Balanced Fund
• The service fee schedule for VCBF-TBF, VCBF-BCF, VCBF-MGF funds is effective from July 01, 2022.
• The subscription fee and redemption fee levels for open-ended fund units as specified in sections 3 and 4 above apply to the entire investment amount in the Fund, including investments under the Systematic Investment Plan (SIP).
• Fund Operating and Management fees include: Management fee, supervisory bank fee, custodian fee, fund administration fee, transfer agent fee, audit fee, allowance for the Fund Representative Board, and other expenses will be charged to the Fund's operating expenses.

• In which, Fund Code VCBF-FIF: VCBF Fixed Income Fund
• The service fee schedule for VCBF-FIF fund is effective from February 10, 2026.
• The subscription fee and redemption fee levels for open-ended fund units as specified in sections 3 and 4 above apply to the entire investment amount in the Fund, including investments under the Systematic Investment Plan (SIP).
• Fund Operating and Management fees include: Management fee, supervisory bank fee, custodian fee, fund administration fee, transfer agent fee, audit fee, allowance for the Fund Representative Board, and other expenses will be charged to the Fund's operating expenses.

Note: According to the prospectus: VCBF may change the Subscription Fee, Redemption Fee, and Management Fee at any time. Any changes in the service fee levels will be updated and announced on VCBF's website from time to time.
