Fee Schedule Notes:
The Service Fee Schedule for VCBF-TBF, VCBF-BCF, and VCBF-MGF has been effective since July 1, 2022.
The Subscription Fees and Redemption Fees for open-ended fund units, as specified in Sections 3 and 4 above, apply to all investments in the Funds, including those made under the Systematic Investment Plan (SIP).
Operating and Management Fees, which include: management fees, supervisory bank fees, custody fees, fund administration fees, transfer agent fees, audit fees, remuneration for the Fund Representative Board, and other relevant costs, shall be charged to the Fund's operating expenses.
