PORTFOLIO MANAGER
Mr. Duy Anh joined VCBF in March 2016 as an Equity Research Analyst, covering Logistics, Agriculture, Banking and Insurance. He was promoted to Associate Research Manager in August 2018 and has been assisting the Chief Investment Officer to manage discretionary equity investment portfolios for institutional clients since then. He became Portfolio Manager in July 2020.
Before joining VCBF, Mr. Duy Anh had more than three years’ experience as Senior Analyst with VN Direct Securities Company, covering companies in the industries of Agriculture, Securities brokerage, Real estate and Oil & gas.
Mr. Duy Anh holds a Masters degree in International Financial Analysis of the Faculty of Banking, Finance and Audit of the University Lille 2, France, and a Bachelors degree in Economic Administration degree from the University of Lyon 2, France. Mr. Duy Anh is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder.
PORTFOLIO MANAGER
Mr. Duy Nhan joined VCBF in April 2016 as an Equity Research Analyst, covering Pharmaceuticals, Retail, Aviation and Real Estate. He was promoted to Associate Research Manager in August 2018 and has been assisting Portfolio Managers to manage discretionary equity investment portfolios for high-net-worth individuals since then. He became Portfolio Manager since August 2019.
Before joining VCBF, Mr. Nhan had three years’ experience as Senior Analyst with VN Direct Securities Company and Analyst for FPT Securities Company. He was responsible for companies in the industries of Food and Beverage, Aviation and Garment.
Mr. Nhan holds Master of Finance degree from the La Trobe University, Australia, where he earned the Dean’s Medal for Academic Excellence as Best Postgraduate in 2012, and Bachelor of Finance & Banking degree from the University of Economics of Ho Chi Minh City, where he was awarded Exemplary Student.
Ms. Le Hong Thuan, CFA, has extensive experience in investment and auditing since 2012.
She was appointed Head of Research in July 2025, currently overseeing the Banking, Telecommunications, and Food & Beverage (F&B) sectors, as well as general departmental responsibilities.
Previously, she served as Deputy Head of Research from January 2024.
Before joining VCBF in August 2018, Ms. Thuan was Investment Research Team Leader at FPT Securities and earlier worked as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young Vietnam.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and International Business from the Foreign Trade University, Hanoi, and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Hanoi Law University. She has been a CFA Charterholder since 2015.
HEAD OF LEGAL, INTERNAL CONTROL & RISK MANAGEMENT
Ms. Vu Ngoc Quynh joined VCBF in 2019 as a Senior Legal and Internal Control Officer.
In January 2023, she was appointed Deputy Head of Legal and Internal Control.
In July 2025, she was promoted to Head of Legal, Internal Control & Risk Management.
Prior to joining VCBF, Ms. Quynh accumulated over 10 years of experience working at prestigious law firms and in corporate legal affairs within the financial sector. She previously served as Legal Team Leader at Aviva Vietnam Life Insurance Co., Ltd. and at VNDirect Securities Corporation.
Ms. Quynh graduated from the School of Law, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (currently the University of Law, VNU) and is a member of the Hanoi Bar Association.
HEAD OF MARKETING
Mr. Nguyen Vinh Dat joined VCBF in 2019 as Marketing Supervisor.
He was appointed as Deputy Manager of Marketing and Public Relation in September 2021, and later promoted to Acting Deputy Head of Marketing and Communications in January 2023.
In July 2025, he was officially appointed as Head of Marketing at VCBF
Before joining VCBF, he worked at Vietnamese German University as a Project Coordintor and in charge of external relations.
Mr. Vinh Dat holds a Master of Science degree in Project Management from the Technische Universität Darmstadt (Germany) and a Master of Finance - Treasury from the Univesite de Rennes 1 (France).
