The Hai Phong Construction and Development Investment Co started the construction of a social housing project for low earners last Saturday in Hai Phong's Kien An District.

The Bac Son project has total investment capital of 200 billion dong (US$10.5 million), covering an area of 21 ha of land and consisting of nine 5-storey buildings and two 5-storey buildings with 504 rooms.

In addition, the project also includes a trade centre, an entertainment zone, a kindergarten and a primary school.
