Housing Trading and Investment Joint Stock Co (Intresco) recently announced to offer more shares in Q2 2010.

The company expects to earn some 500 billion dong from the share issuance.

As planned, the whole capital being raised from the share issue will be invested in restructuring the company's capital source, enhancing finance capacity, and carrying out this year three key projects in HCM City.

Those are Long Thoi-Nhon Duc Nha Be residential area (439 billion dong), of which, the capital from the share issuance of some 100 billion dong, 146 Nguyen Van Troi-223 Hoang Van Thu building project (782.4 billion dong including 100 billion dong from issuing shares) and Intresco Ly Chinh Thang office service and trade centre project (2.67 trillion dong including 200 billion dong from the share issuance).
