Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank) yesterday April 21 in Hanoi signed an agreement with Vietnam Association of Manpower Supply (Vamas) whereby Agribank will be responsible for timely supplying the capital demand of labourers in accordance with the bank's regulation.

Additionally, Agribank will provide services such as credit supply, individual accounts, remittance services and payment services for labourer exporters.
