Phu My Fertilisers (DPM) has targeted earnings this year of 5.65 trillion dong ($298 million) and a profit of one trillion dong ($52.6 million), on which it plans to pay a 13 per-cent dividend.

Shareholders will vote on the plans when they gather for the company's annual meeting on April 16. Phu My Fertiliser earned 6.67 trillion dong ($351.05 million) last year and posted a net profit of 1.3 trillion dong ($68.4 million).
