Hanoi Power Corp, former Hanoi Power Co, officially made its debut as a member of Electricity of Vietnam (EVN) on April 17

The corporation is managing a grid of twenty eight 110kV electricity transmissions totalling capacity of 2,470MW, 6,763 distribution transmissions and the below 11kV grids in Hanoi, which sells electricity to over 1.7 million customers with the commercial power output of nearly 7.879 billion kWh. Electricity loss has been reduced from 31 percent to 6.9 percent.
