Guocera Holdings in cooperation with the Infrastructure Development and Construction Corporation (Licogi) has bought the tile production company in the southern province of Dong Nai at $5.45 million.

Guocera Tile Industries, the new joint venture between the two companies, will provide a variety of ceramic tile products. It is seen as a good chance for Guocera to expand tile production and promote the Guocera brand in Vietnam.
