Vietnam Electricity Construction Joint Stock Co No 8 (VNECO8) lately approved the plan of issuing additional 369,204 shares to increase its chartered capital from the current 11.31 billion don to 15 billion dong.

Particularly, the firm will issue 69,204 shares for dividend payment and offer 300,000 shares, including 64,332 shares for the company's existing shareholders under the ratio of 10:1, 208,191 shares for VNECO's shareholders and additional 27, 477 shares.

This year, the company planned to gain total revenue of 36 billion dong, after tax profit of 2.655 billion dong and dividend payment of 15 percent.Last year, VNECO8 reported earning 31.76 billion dong of total revenue in 2009, 1.62 billion dong of after tax profit and a dividend of 13.39 percent.
