HCM City People's Committee approved BOT Phu My Bridge Joint Stock Co (PMC) to carry out investment proceedings of building Ringroad 2 from Rach Chiec to Hanoi highway according to the construction method Building-Transferring (B.T).

Also PMC will construct Rach Chiec Bridge under Building-Operating-Transferring method (BOT).
