Vietnam International Township Development Joint Stock Co (VIDC) officially started construction works on ParkCity Hanoi new urban area in Ha Dong Dist, Hanoi.

The project covers an area of over 77 hectares at the junction of extended Le Van Luong St and Le Trong Tan St in Ha Dong Dist. As planned, ParkCity Hanoi will be divided into 15 separated zones with more than 7,000 houses and apartments, a three-hectare trade centre and an 11-hectare green park.

It is expected that the first and second phases of the project would be completed in 2014 with 1,233 villas, detached houses and high-class apartment.
