Phu Dat Real Estate Development Joint Stock Co, the main investor of Phu Thuan Bridge project has officially started the construction works yesterday. The over-81 billion-dong Phu Thuan Bridge would be located in Phu Thuan Ward, Dist 7, HCM City to connect the northern residential quarters of Tan Phu, Phu Thuan with South Saigon new urban area.

The project's starting point is connected with Phu Thuan St and the ending point at Zone A, South Saigon new urban area. Phu Thuan Bridge is 180 metres long and 20 metres wide. In addition to completing the infrastructure facilities in Dist 7, Phu Thuan Bridge will help increase the project's value of The EverRich 3 complex of high-rise apartment buildings and trade centre that is expected to get started in 2012.

The construction works are supposed to be completed by the end of 2010.
