VCBF currently manages three Private Equity (“PE”) funds with a total committed capital of approximately US$160 million. The funds are at various stages of investment and divestment. New PE opportunities are constantly being examined.
Our PE funds seek long-term capital appreciation by investing capital in securities of well-run pre-listed companies. Our primary investment method is top-down approach. Preferable sectors of Vietnam are selected and the investment team screens and meets leading companies operating in the selected sectors to identify the most advantageous investment prospects.

VCBF offers a complete range of equity and fixed income investment strategies that can be tailored to meet all investors’ needs.
VCBF is targeting to launch a series of open-ended funds to address investment and saving demands of investors in Vietnam, especially retail and non-professional investors looking to benefit from a savings product based on the Vietnamese stock market.
