PHAM QUANG THANH, FUND ACCOUNTANT

- Mr. Thanh joined VCBF as Fund Administration in April 2006 and is based in the Hanoi office.
- Prior to that, Mr. Thanh worked for Vietnam Joint Stock Bank for Private Enterprises ("VPBank") as a Credit Officer.
- Mr. Thanh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the National Economics University.
