  • Mr. Robinson-Kok joined VCBF in November 2008. He is based in the HCMC Office and oversees the overall activities of the organization.
  • Mr. Robinson-Kok is a chartered accountant with numerous years of experience in the financial industry. Prior to joining VCBF he was the Director of Franklin Templeton's Global Risk & Control Group responsible for the management of regulatory and operational risk for International Operations. Previously he held the position of Head of Compliance for the Bank of Bermuda, HSBC and served as a Manager for Deloitte in their Financial Institutions Audit and Assurance Group.
  • Mr. Robinson-Kok holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and a Masters’ Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Natal, South Africa.
