PHAM QUANG DZUNG, Deputy Chief Executive Officer VCB, CHAIRMAN

Mr. Dzung has been involved in VCBF since its inception. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Dzung is a Deputy General Director of VCB. Prior to assuming this role he led the Financial Institutions Department and previously served as the Alternate Chief Executive and Director of Vietnam Finance Company in Hong Kong and worked for VCB Financial Leasing Company. Mr. Dzung started his career in Vietcombank’s Investment Department in 1994. Mr. Dzung holds a Masters of Business Administration in International Banking and Finance from University of Birmingham, U.K and a Bachelors of Business Administration in Banking and Finance from National Economics University, Vietnam.
