Khang Dien Housing Investment and Trading Joint Stock Co (coded KDH) and Prudential Vietnam Investment Fund Management Co on April 20 officially signed a cooperation agreement to invest in high-class Villa Park project in HCM City's Dist 9.

The 11.2 hectare project has a total investment of some 1.5 trillion dong, of which KDH invests 54 percent stake and Prudential contributes 45 percent stake.

The project is located near Long Thanh-Dau Giay expressway including over 200 apartments.

Reportedly, this is the KDH's second project being started work amongst KDH's 14 projects in HCM City.
