T.H.T Development Ltd Co and an alliance of Korean five companies have recently announced a project of new urban zone in the west of West Lake, Hanoi with a total investment of $314 million.

With a site of 207 hectares, the new urban zone will include administration centre, finance trading centre, trade centre, culture centre, villas and garden houses.

As estimated, the total costs for compensation and ground clearance would up to 7.6 trillion dong.
