Hai Dung Co Ltd, the subsidiary of Ninh Van Bay Tourism and Real Estate Joint Stock Co has signed cooperation contract with Savills Vietnam Co Ltd about assigning Savills – HCM City branch to become the sole distributors of 51 villas out of 152 units in Six Senses Saigon River project.

After the signing ceremony, the two involving parties would open the new sales office in Dist 1, HCM City and the model villa in the project site to serve for visiting demands and sales activities. It is one of the large projects in 2010 that is expected to pave path for other incoming events such as listing shares on southern bourse, issuing the long-term vacation cards for customers to Ana Mandara Club and Ninh Van Bay Club.
