ACB targets 2010 profit at 3.6tr dong

Asia Commercial bank (ACB) organised the shareholder meeting on April 10 to pass the 2010 business plan with total assets of 210 trillion dong, a year-on-year rise of 25 percent, total deposits of 170 trillion dong, up 56 percent and total outstanding loans of 96 trillion dong.

This year the bank also plans to reach bad debt ratio (Debts Group 3 to 5) at below 1 percent and pre-tax profit of 3.6 trillion dong, increasing by 762 billion dong against 2009.

ACB will issue more shares to raise its charter capital from 7.814 trillion dong to 9.377 trillion dong, and use 2.295 trillion dong to share 2010 dividend in 2010.
