Annual shareholders' meeting of Vneco2 Power Construction Joint Stock Co (Vneco2) has recently approved this year business and production plan with 22 billion dong of revenue, 3.38 billion dong of profit after tax and 15 percent dividend.

Last year, Vneco2 reported gaining 15.94 billion dong of revenue, 3.13 billion dong of profit after tax and 15 percent dividend in cash.

Reportedly, central province of Nghe An-headquartered company with a chartered capital of 18.61 billion dong, of which state shareholders hold 31.45 percent stake and 68.55 percent remaining held by the company's internal and external shareholders, specialises in construction and installation of power projects, industrial and civil works, irrigation and urban technique and infrastructure projects.

In the end of 2009, the company registered to list on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX).
