Vietnam Dairy Products Joint Stock Co (Vinamilk – coded VNM) reported earning total revenue of 3.304 trillion dong in the first quarter of this year, profit after tax of 817.62 billion dong, a-year-on-year increase of 56.7 percent and 66.8 percent respectively. The company's EPS was posted at 2,319 dong

Compared to the company's 2010 business plan, VNM's total revenue fulfilled 22.9 percent of the year plan in revenue and 30.67 percent in profit.

Meanwhile, Vinamilk reported earning net revenue of over 3.25 trillion dong in Jan-March, with total costs of goods sold (COGS) of 2.11 trillion dong and combined profit of 1.139 trillion dong, equalling to margin profit rate of 35 percent.

The company achieved over 91 billion dong of financial revenue in the previous quarter, in which costs counted for 9.46 billion dong.
