Job title 1:

Market Research and Real Estate Analyst.


Job description:


- Making research on real estate market including land prices and projects;
- Able to analyze a feasibility study of several of development projects from different segments;
- Implementation and maintenance of Real estate database System;
- Liaise with government departments for Real estate/ Project information;
- Update legal information relating real estate developments.


Job Requirement


General:
- Years of experience:           4 year(s)
- Minimum career level:          Experienced (Non-Manager)
- Minimum education level:     Bachelors

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree with a major in Real Estate/ Project Management/ Marketing Research/Economics/Accounting. Overseas graduate is preferable;
  • At least 4 years experience in Real Estate (Real Estate Service Providers/Development Company/ Real Estate Fund);
  • Ability to work under pressure with team spirit;
  • Flexible and able to work independently.


Job Skills:

  • Data analysis and financials skills – Very good
  • Written and spoken English - Advanced
  • Desktop applications - MS Office -  Advanced
  • Communication and problem solving skills - Advanced

Job Title 2:
Equity Research Analyst.

Job summary:


An equity research analyst undertakes company research and valuation to provide information and recommendation to Portfolio Managers. The information they provide enables Portfolio Managers to make investment decisions.


Job Duties/Responsibilities
:

  • Work under supervision of equity Research Manager and Chief Asset Management officer/Portfolio Managers;
  • Perform industry research;
  • Perform companies screening;
  • Perform company valuation using different methods for different industries, prepare and present investment proposal to Portfolio Managers/Investment Committee;
  • Be responsible for continuing monitoring covered companies (all news, announcement related to covered companies), update company performance on quarterly basis;
  • Provide recommendation to Portfolio Managers on investment/divestment timing;
  • Respond to portfolio queries about company’s information/performance in a timely manner;
  • Follow up with macroeconomic factor changes that can affect companies’ performance;
  • Establish, develop and maintain good relationship with investee and potential investee companies, with market participants (brokerage firms, other fund managers…);
  • Provide investment idea and sourcing investment deals;
  • Other tasks as required by the Company.



General Requirements:

  • Knowledge, Education and Experience;
  • Oversea Graduated in Banking/Finance; CFA are preferred;
  • Strong finance, investment background;
  • At least 03 years of experience in finance and investment sector;
  • Experience working as a research analyst is preferred.


Skills and Abilities:

  • Be able to work with diligence and care, attention to detail and accuracy of work;
  • Be able to work independently and provide objective opinions/recommendations;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Can interact with business partners and team members in a multi-site environment;
  • Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and assess priorities;
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English;
  • Ability and willing to travel.


Problem Solving and Decision Making:


  • Ability to recognize problems and respond proactively to reach appropriate solutions;
  • Ability to recognize and communicate potential issues impacting the organization;
  • Participates in the development of solutions to a variety of problems and ensures the solutions are consistent with organizational objectives;
  • Demonstrates good judgment in all areas of work.
